In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the 9wins platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. 9wins strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any person under 21 who registers an account, or who provides false age information during registration, will have their account closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your individual circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 9wins is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 9wins, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from 9wins or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated under applicable law are not eligible to open an account.

Each eligible individual may open one account only on the 9wins platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your information promptly should any details change after registration.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

Upon registering, you will be required to create a username and password. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from a verified security breach caused by 9wins.
• Notifying 9wins immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9wins strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. 9wins will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel.

All transactions on 9wins are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 9wins does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 9wins accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 9wins. Typical crediting time for bank transfers is 1–5 minutes; e-wallet deposits are generally instant. 9wins is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network congestion.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9wins account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 9wins reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day under normal operating conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are published in the Member's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. 9wins does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in currencies other than IDR are not accepted.

9wins offers a range of promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be reached before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. 9wins reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Bet While Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit while completing a wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published on the relevant promotion page and may vary.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, collusion, or other deceptive means will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

9wins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to members under active promotions at the time of any change.

The 9wins sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) international matches, the Piala AFF, and major global competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup. Bet types include standard match result markets, Asian handicap (voor bola — the local Indonesian term for the Asian handicap line), over/under totals, mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play betting.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 9wins:

• A bet is not accepted until the Platform has confirmed acceptance and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that remain pending due to technical issues are not valid until confirmed.
• 9wins reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a manifest error in odds compilation. Members will be notified of any void bets and the staked amount refunded.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to 9wins's live betting rules, which account for event delay, connectivity interruptions, and late score changes. The result declared by the relevant sporting body shall be final for settlement purposes.
• 9wins reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual members, specific markets, or across the sportsbook at its sole discretion, without providing specific reasons.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

For casino games including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Live Dragon Tiger) and slots, game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In all cases, the game outcome as recorded by the Platform's certified RNG system is final.

9wins is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools that members can activate at any time directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your 9wins account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period once activated.

All content on the 9wins platform — including but not limited to the 9wins logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, odds feeds, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of 9wins or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 9wins.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 9wins brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without explicit written authorization.

9wins collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use. The manner in which your data is collected, used, and protected is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account on 9wins, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9wins shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond 9wins's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Errors in odds or game results that are subsequently corrected or voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you accept that risk fully by choosing to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9wins's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9wins reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if 9wins reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the Platform.
• The Member is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to 9wins.

Upon termination for cause, 9wins may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to member misconduct (for example, withdrawal of the Platform from a market), 9wins will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate balances to the Member via their registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 9wins support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bets, withdrawal requests, or outstanding wagering requirements at the time of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 9wins's operating jurisdiction as disclosed to Members upon request.

9wins operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction from which they access the Platform.

Any disputes not resolved through good-faith communication with 9wins support shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

9wins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9wins will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9wins platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
